CALCULATION METHODS ON CRACK RESISTANCE CAPACITY OF CONNECTION COMPOSED OF CSSEUHSC COLUMNS AND SEC BEAMS

In order to investigate the calculation methods on crack resistance capacity of connection composed of cross shaped steel encased ultra high strength concrete (CSSEUHSC) columns and steel encased concrete (SEC) beams under cycle loads, six interior connection specimens were tested in the laboratory. A discussion on the crack resistance capacity was presented. Calculation methods of crack resistance capacity were deduced based on the experimental case and calculation results were in good agreement with the experimental results. The research results indicated that parameters of connection composed of CSSEUHSC columns and SEC beams with better crack resistance performance may be referred for engineering application.     

Study on hydrogen sulfide plasma passivation of 790-nm laser diode cavity surface

In order to improve the optical properties of the Ⅲ-Ⅴ laser diodes(LDs) by means of H2S plasma passivation technology,H2S plasma passivation treatment is performed on the GaAs(110) surface.The optimum passivation conditions obtained are 60-W radio frequency(RF)power and 20-min duration.So the laser cavity surfaces axe treated under the optimum passivation conditions.Consequently,compared with unpassivated lasers with only AR/HR-coatings,the catastrophic optical damage (COD) threshold value of the passivated lasers by H2S plasma treatment is increased by 33%,which is almost the same as that of (NH4)2Sx treatment.And the life-test experiment has demonstrated that this passivation method is more stable than(NH4)2Sx solution wet-passivated treatment.     

The Index of the Complex Eigenvalues of a Parity Progressive Population Operator

In this paper we discuss the index of the complex eigenvalue of a parity progressive population operator. Under certain conditions, we first prove that all the complex eigenvalues of this operator, except at most finitely many ones, are of index 1, and then, as an application of this result, we obtain the asymptotic expansion of the solution of the corresponding parity progressive population equation.     

On the differentiability of depth distribution function of deposited energy, momentum and ion range

Based on the translational invariance of a medium,a new theorem has been proposed and proved rigorously:the depth distributions of the deposited energy,momentum and ion range must be infinitely differentiable functions in amorphous or polycrystalline infinite targets by ion bombardment,if these functions exist.The origin of the “discontinuity”,derived by Dr Glazov in 1995 in J.Phys.:Condens.Matter 7 6365,has been analysed in detail.For the power cross section,neglecting electronic stopping,the linear transport equations determining the depth distribution functions of the deposited energy and monentum (by taking the threshold enerkgy into account )have been solved asymptotically.An important formula derived by Dr Glazov has been confirmed and generalized.The results agree with the new theorem.     

高功率二极管激光器失效特性研究

利用统计分析手段,对高功率二极管激光器封装中各工艺环节引起器件失效的原因进行了分析和归类.根据几种失效模式的分析结果,焊接空隙、结短路、腔面退化是引起高功率DL失效的主要模式,针对高功率二极管激光器失效的主要模式,对焊料沉积夹具及焊接工艺参数进行了改进和优化,大大提高了封装工艺水平,使封装的器件成品率由原来的77%提高到了85%以上.     

Helium and point defect accumulation: (i) microstructure and mechanical behaviour

Ferritic/martensitic (F/M) steels are good candidate structural materials for the future fusion reactors and spallation sources. However, irradiation of steels is known to produce hardening, loss of ductility, shift in ductile to brittle transition temperature (DBTT) and reduction of fracture toughness and creep resistance starting at low doses. Helium (He), produced by transmutation during the irradiation, also impacts mechanical properties. Numerous experimental and theoretical studies on the evolution of the microstructure of steels under irradiation have been conducted until now. We review the effect of irradiation-induced point defects and in particular of He on the mechanical properties of F/M steels. To cite this article: R. Schäublin et al., C. R. Physique 9 (2008).     

多层介质膜脉冲宽度压缩光栅与超短脉冲作用时的性能分析

基于啁啾脉冲放大技术的超短脉冲激光系统是提供超快、超强激光的重要途径，具有良好输出波形和高损伤阈值的多层介质膜脉冲宽度压缩光栅是获得高峰值功率脉冲激光的关键. 基于傅里叶谱变换方法和严格模式理论，分析了多层介质膜光栅(MDG)在超短脉冲作用下的光学特性. 结果表明，当MDG的反射带宽小于具有高斯分布的入射脉冲的频谱宽度时，-1级反射脉冲呈非对称高斯分布，其前沿出现振荡，并且-1级反射脉冲能量开始剧烈下降. 讨论了MDG结构参数对其反射带宽的影响. 分析了MDG与超短脉冲作用时的近场光分布，对提高其抗激光损 关键词： 脉冲压缩光栅 傅里叶谱变换 模式理论 损伤阈值
